This exercise gives me an image of the self as a magnet influencing and attracting its surrounding, or a planet that is curving time and space itself like Einstein suggests, or even a black hole “consuming” all that is near. Loosening identification with this center and “tuning in” more on the field around it gives me a very natural smile on my face and the sudden feeling of secureness and intimacy. Unfortunately this doesn’t last very long.<\/p>\n
