In the mid of eighties I met the book of T. Tulku: Relaxation-Exercises. And with the first edition of \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Raum, Zeit und Erkenntnis\u00e2\u20ac\u009d some years later I was very impressed, although I didn`t understand a lot, it was very mysterious for me.<\/p>\n

I learned the exercises by my own and alone and was happy, when the Nyingma Institut of Germany moved to Cologne.<\/p>\n

Since 6 years now I`m well-connected with this institute, and so, in this summer, I met Jack in Germany in a weekend-workshop about TSK-Vision.<\/p>\n

Since 1 year I`m retired ( a good rest of 2o% I`m keeping), I gave up my own practice(Psychothereapist for Children and Youth) and have some space and capacity for TSK-Vision. Good time for all<\/p>\n
