\u00c2\u00a0On Expanding the Whole<\/span> Practice:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00c2\u00a0<\/strong>As I experimented with this practice of expanding the whole \u00e2\u20ac\u0153situation\u00e2\u20ac\u009d in which I found myself in, it meant that I was able to see the point of view and perspective of any and every one who I was interacting with \u00e2\u20ac\u00a6 of course including my own view\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6\u00c2\u00a0 as if I became a more fair and felt a more neutral sense of being \u00e2\u20ac\u00a6 of judging the various angels of the situation \u00e2\u20ac\u00a6 as if a non-discriminative awareness kicking in that is not biased towards anyone or any angel in particular \u00e2\u20ac\u00a6<\/p>\n \u00c2\u00a0On Conducting Knowledge Without Content<\/span> Practice<\/strong>:<\/p>\n \u00c2\u00a0\u00e2\u20ac\u0153Can you know with a knowing that does not rely on words? \u00c2\u00a0Is it possible to read mind to mind, awareness to awareness?\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n Yes.\u00c2\u00a0 I always knew this was possible, but before now, had no clue of its underlying elements\/dynamics and how to cultivate it further.\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n Two nights ago on dinner table my daughter shared how her day was and she asked if we could guess what movie she watched earlier that day during her nanying job\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6\u00c2\u00a0 I knew it was Ottis and Milo and at the same time knew if I say it, how surprised every one is going to be\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6\u00c2\u00a0 I had a sense of calm and knowing that it was not a guessing\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6 \u00c2\u00a0I had been meditating earlier and the calmness and relaxed sense was still vividly with me\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6\u00c2\u00a0 So after I shared my knowing and every one was so surprise, I also shared (with my husband, son and daughter) that my recent studies are teaching me that we all have the potential to read each other\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s mind, or communicate awareness to awareness and they have the equipment (the human body and mind) to cultivate it too \u00e2\u20ac\u00a6.<\/p>\n \u00c2\u00a0On Qualities of Space<\/span> Practice:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00c2\u00a0Keeping this perspective in mind and engaging experience \u00e2\u20ac\u00a6 space (awareness) appears as a place for permission to various views\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6 (Accommodating all views)\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6 and any particular view is not the only one valuable \u00e2\u20ac\u00a6. Infinite possibilities are possible and are accommodated by space (awareness) \u00c2\u00a0\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n Rinpoche, you are a genius to teach us this\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6 it is so obvious yet, so hidden!!!\u00c2\u00a0 Thank you Jack for valuing these teachings and helping it to reach us\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6<\/p>\n \u00c2\u00a0On Space Eyes<\/span> Practice: <\/strong><\/p>\n \u00c2\u00a0Today, as I read this particular practice\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s directions, I understood the \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Unknowingness\u00e2\u20ac\u009d practice in a deeper new way\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6 before it was rather vague and foggy what it meant\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6<\/p>\n The unknowingness seems today synonymous to and with \u00e2\u20ac\u0153infinite possibilities available.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d \u00c2\u00a0Unlike any specific possibility that gets zoomed in or becomes the focus of the awareness or attention, the unknowingness allows awareness to stay open to all and knows<\/span> when it has zoomed in to a particular possibility\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6 As if today I saw it with much more clarity than ever before what Jack means by repeating himself over and over\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6 but I was not ready to hear it and know it like today\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6<\/p>\n When awareness in not aware of this openness, unknowingness possibility, it gets focused on one view and then, the situation becomes solidified and closes in (no way out).\u00c2\u00a0 Awareness is congealed in that set possibility.\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n It seems that if I remember this other way of seeing\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6seeing with the space eyes, \u00c2\u00a0to stay with openness, the unknowingness of infinite accommodating nature of space (awareness)\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6 then freedom is more and more pronounced\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6<\/p>\n Praying to remember\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6 to befriend this kind of space (awareness) \u00e2\u20ac\u00a6 so it can present more and more\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Practice day, Dec 17 random notes\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6.
