It is easy to slide away again, so look for ways to keep the mind on this focal point.”<\/font><\/p>\n So, what are some ways to “keep the mind on the point?” I think one clue is to reject nothing. If you are really settled in to the point where reality “emerges,” then whatever emerges is the practice. There is no sliding away possible.<\/font><\/p>\n What does it mean to slide away?
