When I go into the future of a moment, I move to the <em>right<\/em>, and to the <em>left<\/em> when entering the past. Into the present dimension I experience as entering deeper and deeper and <em>downwards<\/em>. If I imagine I am actually <em>diving<\/em>, rather than shifting my embodied presence in any other way, the experience is different again. I also notice I find it easier to go into the present and future dimension of &#8216;a moment&#8217; than into the past.\u00c2\u00a0 To do the latter I seem to have to &#8216;gear myself up&#8217;, apply more effort, pay more attention in some way.
