Hi, I worked reduced with the last units because I felt increasingly dizzy – till I went to the doctor: alarmingly high blood pressure. I never have had such one before – not consciously. H. bl. press. can be very often hidden. However, I was shocked, must immediatly change my plans for next and longer future. My wife said till two weeks, I would be healthy like a “Turnschuh”(training shoes). This is past. Present is: the medicine takes effect and I have again normal values.<\/p>\n
One of the better experiences is: If I am in a state of panic I can\u00c2\u00b4t do well this kind of work. But now I\u00c2\u00b4m coming back and am looking forward for unit 16.<\/p>\n
By this way – while Easter I did a very good retreat with Arnaud Maitland, for 3 and a half day. In this compact retreat I understood a basic object\/differentiation about feelings, coming from past, occupied with good\/bad experiences in the past, the imprinting and developement of our self and the feelings without this “burden”. These are good prospects.<\/p>\n
