I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve been practicing in conversation it with people every day, and it has produced many interesting experiences and insights. I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122d like to share just one of them: I was practicing the glow while talking with my wife the other night, and I noticed that one minute I could explore being \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcthe glow\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 – which an earlier insight has revealed meant being more \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcattuned\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 to her – then the next minute I could be the \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcglow\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 for my \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcresistance\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 to being so attuned; then I could in the next moment be the \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcglow\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 for my physical environs. The next thing was surprising: I got a surprise in realising that my \u00e2\u20ac\u2122self\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 (the glow) was not a fixed reference point, but that it was a continual flow of changes (in my body, feelings, perceptions, consciousness and so on) INTERACTIVE with the environment.<\/p>\n
Since then my exploration has been influenced by the question: what is \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcauthentic\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 in the self, then? And sn amazing spaciousness opens up when I realised that authenticity doesn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t come from the self, but as a quality of a deeper level of my being.<\/p>\n
