In my early morning practice I often do the Kum Nye exercise “Cleansing Breath” (cleansing from attitudes with which I push things away from me, attitudes and emotions with which I hold onto things and\u00c2\u00a0the dull and confused quality of my everyday mind.)<\/p>\n
Suddenly -during the following Kum Nye exercise – there was a strong feeling, that self and world wanted to come neer together, to find intimacy and past and future to be one with present. It seemed to me that I\u00c2\u00b4m oppressing (?) space and time. A bright moment and the word “marriage”, “celebration” (in german: Jubelfest)\u00c2\u00a0came into my mind.<\/p>\n
Was it a desire? The feeling felt more like a desire of time and space, a power\u00c2\u00a0of time and space, like a strong magnet I am usual working against.\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n
“The world might construct itself” (as Jack says). There was the desire (?), the wish (?) the “to let the\u00c2\u00a0??? do what it wants” (?)\u00c2\u00a0— to die into life.<\/p>\n
(I am a little bit ashamed, when I tell about this personal experience. I don\u00c2\u00b4t know, if it fits to “week five”, to\u00c2\u00a0confusion.)<\/p>\n
