I hear the words of Jack: a reading of a TSK-book, the reading of an exercise, or when I read in one of the TSK-books. I\u00c2\u00b4m not active, on the level of discussion\/argumentation, I\u00c2\u00b4m relaxed and concentrated, more open, passively. And sometimes (!) I experience a flash\u00c2\u00a0of light (Knowledge?) all over mind and body (especially in the stomach and lower spine). A flash – I cannot\u00c2\u00a0 hold it. And sometimes\u00c2\u00a0, when I recitate the `phrase` of TSK Exercise 35, in the early morning practice,\u00c2\u00a0it seems to me like a knowledge-ground\u00c2\u00a0for the following day.<\/p>\n
All this seems to me as a gift, I call it `by grace`.<\/p>\n
