My focus with Ex. 18 A and B was in different variations: how do I experience time-now? Sheer inexhaustible come up questions after questions. After sitting quitly for a while, with the help of “sitting in the 7 gestures” of Kum Nye my thinking and feeling revolves around breathing. In, out, soft, more harsh, so I experiencing my breath, but again: how do I experience time? I\u00c2\u00b4m audible moaning and think: now, I\u00c2\u00b4m closer to time. This moaning happens now, now, now! I come to the question: does time emerges in me, out of me? It seems so – but time is not emerging only outcoming of me. The effect of time is everywhere. Has time different qualities? I\u00c2\u00b4m experiencing time, but I can\u00c2\u00b4t tell more precise how. I experience the repercussions of time. When I die and my consciousness is on the level\/state of my dying, my consciousness will go out: time, my being alive will stop. But the effect of time will influence to my decomposing body. This I mean: time effects me from in and out – these are different qualities!?<\/p>\n
Here I remind the metapher in the commentary about Ex. 18 …….vastness of time. Is this result of my thinking or from where comes my premonition: time is not linear – time is ever and everywhere!?<\/p>\n
In the evening I was in theater – very interesting experiences with “time”. Better I collect these lots of experiencies and write about these with more distance. For today<\/p>\n
