I\u00c2\u00b4m usual thinking much, less feeling. But I dicovered, that somestimes there was a feeling in the belly. It happens, I can\u00c2\u00b4t make it. (I sometimes thinking: I want to listen with the throat – and it happens, not the same with the belly.) But sometimes the belly seems to \u00c2\u00b4answer\u00c2\u00b4 when I\u00c2\u00b4m doing something. For example: I read a paragraph in a book of Tarthang Tulku. I didn\u00c2\u00b4t understand anything, but the belly \u00c2\u00b4answered\u00c2\u00b4. (This does not happen with other books, for example with K. Wilber or other famous novels). And now, with the exercises in TSK, I said\/thought: I will look for time – and the belly \u00c2\u00b4answered\u00c2\u00b4. This feeling is not what I sometimes feel\u00c2\u00a0with exitement (a subtil trembling) . It seems to be a \u00c2\u00b4answer\u00c2\u00b4like \u00c2\u00b4yes\u00c2\u00b4 or \u00c2\u00b4I understand\u00c2\u00b4or something in this direction. But what or who says \u00c2\u00b4yes\u00c2\u00b4?<\/p>\n
\u00c2\u00a0….”not to get attached to nonstandard experiences” . But to see actually many peas on a plate is (for me) nonstandard. Why not enjoy this, to show hospitality, to be a good host – and then let them (the \u00c2\u00b4good\u00c2\u00b4 and \u00c2\u00b4bad\u00c2\u00b4experiences)go? Could this be the meaning of “to dive in”?\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n
