I started with this”more basic point” of the last paragraph of the introduction for the seventh week.<\/p>\n
Just with first reading arises joy. As if it is a sudden discovery. Like: spring\u00c2\u00b4s awakening. The more thinking was: here arises something very fresh! I became euphoric, but then there is the insight: here is something immediately into my consciousness. And again this feeling of joy. Later: When I end in some minutes this “exercise”, I have to cook our dinner today! O. k., so something of the future comes now into my consciousness. I don\u00c2\u00b4t deviate to much into this “later”, what and how I\u00c2\u00b4ll cook. I\u00c2\u00b4m staying more in the now. But this” I\u00c2\u00b4ll cooking in 30 minutes ” is also inside me, in my consciousness. But I\u00c2\u00b4m breathing, now, too. I feel myself more full, expanded.<\/p>\n
I interrupt this “sitting quietly” again and again for making notes. Finish! Only “sitting”! As I stopped exercise, thinking is ongoing: when I\u00c2\u00b4ll write “post”. Aha, future direction. But today I feel no pressure for “must-should-writing”, I\u00c2\u00b4m thinking: we shall see! And I\u00c2\u00b4m again in my immediacy. It is a feeling like “child” (in the appropriate description before last paragraph on p. 99) Great!<\/p>\n
