Continuing the practise, coming more into it, a process of seeing, how “my world”, “the world as it is”, is arising, coming into existance, objects and subject, my experience: sensations, perceptions, thoughts, emotions, patternings, interconnections – the feeling of “I” along with it and a deep appreciation for the fact of arising, for all its possibilities and chances, for being alive, feeling alive: so many chances “to know” and “to experience” along with a feeling of\u00c2\u00a0 acceptance of “not-knowing” and “allowing:nothing has to be changed”.<\/p>\n
