After exercise 32 &#8211; \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcoutside\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 space became clearer and illuminating. More comforting feelings spread \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcinside\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 me. As all of me became surrounded by knowing lights I felt more trustful, my heart more willing to \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcopen\u00e2\u20ac\u2122. Only <em>then<\/em> \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcinside\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 and \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcoutside\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 disappeared and there was just a sense of space all over, free from obstacles (partitions?). An open quality made experience lighter (in both senses of not heavy and illuminating) \u00e2\u20ac\u201c As far as I understand what you call a \u00e2\u20ac\u0153knowing capacity\u00e2\u20ac\u009d it is this kind of inner quality in each lived experience when everything is clearer\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6 am I right?
