At the same time: I know: now begins course 3. I say: take time to do the exercises and look carefully at the readings. But I\u00c2\u00b4m doing it superficially. It seems to me that I\u00c2\u00b4m running away from going into the exercises and readings.<\/p>\n
About ex. TSK 32: I remember an exercise in “Openness Mind”, chapter “Dream Lotus”. (Amongst other things: to visualize a candle with it flame in the throat.) For me this light is bright and fire-like and many thoughts begin to melt. I sometimes do this ex. with sounds and pictures, but when I do this in the evening, when I\u00c2\u00b4m going to sleep, in this moment I fall asleep. The same, when I turn over problems in my mind during the night. What happens in the moment, when I\u00c2\u00a0fall asleep?\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 The candle-light in the ex. of\u00c2\u00a0dream-lotus seems related to the lights of ex. TSK\u00c2\u00a0 32. When I now go over my experiences with ex. TSK 32, it seems to me, that I smell something of Knowledge, and at the same time I don\u00c2\u00b4t want to know.<\/p>\n
