An important point in the TSK inquiry can be put in this way: Whatever they happen to be about, and whatever form they take, thoughts communicate \u00e2\u20ac\u0153the substantiality of their content.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d By insisting on substance, they obscure space freedom. What can we do to undermine their claims?<\/p>\n

One way to do this is to \u00e2\u20ac\u0153unknown the knowing of the known to know anew\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/em>. TSK Exercises help in this challenging task. The exercise LOK 47 invites us to reflect on our lives as an expression of Time-Space-Knowledge interplay, or in other words, to let Time-Space-Knowledge be the actors in the play\/drama as facets of being they are.<\/p>\n

I think the beauty of this vision is that is also allows us to see our current situation<\/span>, and this knowledge is crucial to allow new possibilities in our life. I remember two situations in my life when I knew where I was, I knew the quality of the space I occupied.<\/p>\n

Two years ago, I was coming back home, and after parking my car at the garage and approaching the elevator, I suddenly fell down and broke my knee. I remembered I have had a tough meeting and I was very very angy, completely immersed in my thoughts. I just realized what was really happening to me when I hit the ground heavily. I was full of energy totally contained in my body, and completely disconnected from the space around me. The moment my body could no longer hold that energy, being totally out of balance, I fell down becoming aware of what I did to me. If I knew where I was; in a tight and disconnected space, perhaps I had not fallen.\"Sky<\/p>\n

Recently, I was on the phone talking about a difficult subject, when I realized that my body was becoming more and more tense. Aware of the tight space I was in, and the disconnection from the space around, after turning off the phone, I began to slowly relax. As my body softened, the heavy thoughts in my mind became lighter and less vindicating. After holding back, I could allow a different kind of space: more balanced, more encompassing.<\/p>\n

Knowledge can show itself as its own witness, without a clear position in space, and totally integrated with the surroundings.<\/p>\n
