The contents of my mind over the last couple of weeks have been quite tumultuous, but I have tried, in practising the TSK exercises, to sink &#8216;beneath&#8217; these contents. Whilst I have found this difficult to do with the Unifying Clarity exercise (TSK 32), I have found a great nurturing source in Embodiment of Knowledge (TSK 34). As suggested in the exercise description, <em>feeling <\/em>the flow of energy move through my body until it becomes a &#8216;unifying clarity&#8217;, and all-encompassing, is very healing, and helps the\u00c2\u00a0light to start to\u00c2\u00a0lessen\u00c2\u00a0darkness within the mental content.\u00c2\u00a0 I don&#8217;t think I have yet been able to return to a form of &#8216;energetic clarity&#8217;, but I now know that the dark is penetrable.<\/p>\n<p>I have enjoyed working with you all again forthis recent brief period.
