I have found it best to draw from the TSK vision, rather than try to teach the vision. For example it can be clear to people that what they perceive about their “self and circumstance” is influenced by their state of body-mind. The more contracted or constrictive states of hurt, anger and fear have a particular “out look”, a narrow “way of knowing”. As the body-mind is relaxed with space exercises,( i.e. the mountain retreat practice in\u00c2\u00a0 the first TSK volume), more open ways of knowing become available. This increases degrees of freedom and thereby reduces\u00c2\u00a0 the likelihood of practiced and conditioned patterns that may no longer serve.\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n
