A starting point \u00e2\u20ac\u00a6 appreciate the active allowing and accommodation of space\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Getting older\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6while underlying that reality there is an understanding that all good things end, everything evolves, time derives and elaborates, and my space is continuing to present. This bright morning, I feel myself relaxing into this openness, trusting in the allowing space of my knowing, and luxuriating in the feel of all of me\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6turning that feeling outward, a breezy bright Spring day is inviting me, beckoning with a smiling blue sky, new leaves are sprouting, all colors excite\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6 Space feels full, and while I may be old, I feel alive, renewed, and loving it\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6<\/p>\n

My friend Ken also appreciates the arising space and time\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6<\/p>\n

Morning Posting<\/strong>

Ingredients:
\n Strong early coffee,
\n A functional breath
\n (However ragged
\n That breath might be),<\/p>\n

A shard of a feeling,
\n At least a fragment
\n Of a thought or word,<\/p>\n

But if not this last
\n Then a bemused disposition
\n To listen to the beating heart.<\/p>\n

And such words shock me
\nLike the shock of having a wall,
\n Leaned on, give way
\n To become an opening gate
\n Into a morning garden,<\/p>\n

Not Yeats’s bee loud glade,
\n No, not that, not yet,<\/p>\n

And it’s the edge of the not yet
\n That so thrills me, calls me
\n To take yet another step
\n Into a space
\n Where a breeze blown robe of words,
\n A disclosing cloak of sounds,
\n Wraps my now moving body
\n As I do what dance I can,
\n A dance of age in a spring time realm,<\/p>\n

A song sung, and a falling down
\n Among the new blooms,
