Watching the non-content-layers while I was ironing some shirts I noticed a lot of thoughts coming together with some negative emotions, combined with a negative feeling and sensations of tension…these all seemed to occupy the space of the momentary experience as if there was not much space (for new possibilities) left.<\/p>\n
Watching the non-content-layers while I was driving the car through a beautiful landscape und simultanously memorizing a positive open experience with feelings of joy, there was a feeling (?) of space expanding in my experience in the “real” situation and in the memory situation, deep breath in my chest, a sensation of a more relaxed body, surprise about the beauty around me and a feeling of appreciation.<\/p>\n
I consider if I stay at the surface, when I\u00c2\u00a0 watch the mind activity and if I cannot go deeper by making an effort but by letting be without getting lost in a content?<\/p>\n
