I am finding it useful to speak to clients about “ways of knowing” or “vantage points”. Every way of knowing has a view of the world and a view of the self. Every way of knowing contains thoughts, feelings and perceptions.<\/p>\n

In this manner separate personalities are not possited, instead knowing becomes central to all ways. As one identifies with knowing one can appreciate sub-personalities as perspectives in time.<\/p>\n
