I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve enjoyed reading about the \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcfield communiqu\u00c3\u00a9.\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 It\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s interesting just how much space opens up with just the \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcpractice\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 of reading such passages \u00c2\u00a0(dependent on the checking-back with 1st<\/sup>-person experience, as I read, of course.) \u00c2\u00a0I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122d like, too, to thank you all for making this possible, and in particular those who join in the phone sessions, which I usually find difficult to attend. It\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s lovely.<\/p>\n

This morning I was attuning to the existence of the field communiqu\u00c3\u00a9 and found it interesting in several ways: firstly, I can \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcknow of it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 by being its expression, in a mode of presence where \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcbeing-knowing\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 is the way to attune to it; secondly, it has a funny quality, where I participate in it most effectively when I don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t believe it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s specific communications; and thirdly \u00e2\u20ac\u201c somewhat like a dream, it is and yet it isn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t. (I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m reminded here of the Buddhist \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcLanka\u00e2\u20ac\u2122: \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Things are not as they appear, but neither are they otherwise.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d) Lastly (for now): it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s no wonder that I don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t embrace this every moment of my life, because it opens the very valid question of whether I exist at all, or better… in what way I could be said to exist \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcunderneath it all\u00e2\u20ac\u2122.<\/p>\n

As I attuned to the field communiqu\u00c3\u00a9, I touched the territory of being a kind of \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcnothing\u00e2\u20ac\u2122. And here I don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 t mean this on the level of communiqu\u00c3\u00a9. It\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s obvious that my status of existence is the same as everything else\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s: made up of everything, I also confer existence on everything by the fact of my very being (as distinct from \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcby my perceptions\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 etc, which are also participatory, and creative).<\/p>\n

At this next \u00c2\u00a0level… \u00c2\u00a0it seems to me that I might have to make sense of what Rinpoche writes about \u00e2\u20ac\u02dczero.\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 I like the sound of zeroless zero, to describe this … this… \u00c2\u00a0this whatever-it-is. (I have to abandon words like \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcexperience\u00e2\u20ac\u2122, \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcknowing\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 etc.) But I confess that I haven\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t studied closely enough to know what Rinpoche means by \u00e2\u20ac\u02dczeroless zero\u00e2\u20ac\u2122, even though I think it fits what I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcseeing\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 about where attuning to the actuality of the field communiqu\u00c3\u00a9 is revealing ‘underneath’ or at the core.<\/p>\n

I’m happy not to distract the conversation into other ares, but if you have any comments or correctives, Jack and friends, I’d be delighted to explore them. It’ll be icing on the cake at the moment, because I’m otherwise enjoying the spaciousness. And the non-existence thing is not feeling like a ‘ground dropping out from under me’ kind of thing. It feels more like being a sky-walker, even as I do my morning walk down the post office.
