\n\u00e2\u20ac\u02dcI really must\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6.\u00e2\u20ac\u2122
\n\u00e2\u20ac\u02dcI should do\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6<\/p>\n
But quite often with this type of thought my goal is never achieved.\u00c2\u00a0 Other habitual thoughts of:<\/p>\n

Me trying to control\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6\u00c2\u00a0 And the further I explore the more a see that even though I do have \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcnew\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 thoughts, I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m starting to see their foundation is still very much based and shaped from my accumulated historical associations, and habitual attitude.\u00c2\u00a0 So am now trying to discover if I actually have any \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcoriginal\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 experiences or thoughts anymore\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6. (This weeks informal exercise is a very helpful tool for this.)<\/p>\n
