It is NOT a snapshot, a freeze frame lifeless object\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6 it is a living, precious space-instant arising like a gentle breeze\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6 felt, luxuriated in and allowed to pass as the joyful fragrance of knowing\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6<\/p>\n

Scotched no longer,
\n Not flattened into folds,
\n Not checked by chains,<\/p>\n

I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m all aloft, I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m freed in
\n The skim above, the breeze soar,
\nWhat\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s earth to me now?
\n Only the down below,<\/p>\n

But say I fell with the golden rays
\n All the way to the wet, the granular,
\nTo dwell there as a tugging worm
\n Or as a swaying, easily toppled snail,<\/p>\n

I might find myself lowly
\n And as deeply wonderful as dew,
\n Chill, blind, and moving along
\nSlowly on my drenched and sticky tongue like foot,<\/p>\n

Earth to me would be a grinding thuggish way,
\n I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122d be happy there,
\nAnd I wouldn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t need a word to tell me so,
\nBut if I were somehow toppled over,
\n And if within my fall I looked above,<\/p>\n

If it were at the dawning of a golden day,
\nI well might scan up
\n A green accelerating stem
\n Into a blessed ivoried golden tulip sky,
\nI well might find myself alive in canticles of light,
\nI would think to laugh, <\/p>\n

But I would find myself in prayer, in ringing notes,
\n And that would suffice,
