I was resting on a bike-tour, sitting in front of the river Rhine, reading our text and startint with the exercise 20. I was focused on seeing, saw the tremendous quantity of water and was very busy with that what I saw. I was kicked on by this flow of water and closed my eyes. My exercise turned over to a meditation about time. Reading apeace of the text, ongoing with meditation. I noticed that ” time ” was befor a more ” abstract ” term. I asked myself: how do I conduct time, now? It was as if I would “feel” time. What is that what was happened inside me? I felt more like a flow. Movement is not the best word, it sounds like an activity, it was running by itself. And also I don´t conduct this flow. It is more a very gentle observing. And here I found my short -story: Time is life. Arthur
