I need to act on it

Although I disliked it to write a journal I started to describe some situations of like and dislike finding thoughts, memories, comparing thoughts, amotions coming up and ,body sensations, moods and most of all reactions when there was a lot of dislike. For example when I walked alone along the shore, dark clouds at the sky, hiding the sun, a feeling of sadness and loneliness, remembering different situations which I liked much more, comparing the experiences,  there automatically arised an urge to react, interpretate, as Rinpoche is writing on page 315: “Like an executive responsible for the welfare of a corporation, the I takes charge of the situation an must respond. When sensations produce discomfort. there is no longr a simple experience of discomfort, but the notion:””I am uncomfortable;I have to do something about it.” Questioning this I or ego is not so easy….”it carries a strong emotional tone and an extensive set of asociations and assumptions”.(page 317)
