Being Full Alive

Joseph Cambell said something like: Rather than seek the meaning of life we ought seek the experience of being fully alive.

Toward this end an incredible lightness of being can be attributed to breath. I have found this  to be a very portable practice. It is useful to appreciate the qualities of the breath that supports, enlivens and animates us. We may  come to appreciate ourselves as an embodiment of  life.
