Tuning in

Hi all,

The quality of the posts this week that I really appreciate is the effort to apply this ‘loosening of the self’ to the concerns of daily life. We don’t have to be too sophisticated in our analysis. It is enough to have a sense of when the self is operating most strongly (creating the most restriction) and when it is not, and what the results are. That is already good feedback, and we can benefit from it.
