Partitions and Occupancy – this week’s considerations

(Space allowing objects to move in and through time; yielding knowledge).

The exercise asks: Are there properties and qualities of ‘space as container’ that you are able to contact and that help account for its ability to serve as a container?

Here’s my list (!), by way of response:

  • because it isn’t solid!
  • because it’s all-pervasive
  • Space, ironically, can be lent on
  • Primordial Mother – the only truly trustworthy parent!
  • …and, somehow, Space is kindly – it seems that, in reality and fundamentally, Space is closely related to Love.

    Hi Caroline,
thank you for your description of the ‘properties and qualities’. Focusing on the sentence written above, it was hard for me to find words of description. I only could speak of an allowing quality. I like the expression ‘kindly’. But it is even more difficult for me to describe the contact to the feeling of a sense field. I am always getting confused about it.
    with warm regards
