Practice day: bits and pieces

Unfortunately my practice day went much different than I expected. Beforehand I imagined myself first sitting, setting my mind´s focus and then playfully experiment throughout the day, in the washing salon etc…
I was sitting a bit, reading the exercises, then wanted to just go outside for fresh air a little while and went to the city-center. There the field communiqu̬ of Xmans shopping was so strong that I got sucked into Рonly awaking up much later, suffering from the effects.
Ex4 – How diffenerently I experienced the masses moving in this field here in ‘ my Country’: as frightening whereas the moving masses in Asia (also around Xmas time) where just joyful, curious whereas my host there also experienced it as frightening – so my field communique must have had less information over there…maybe there are fields with more or less density of information…
Ex1 – I had read unattentively and overread the stressing of : change your focus to the changing experience not to the noticed changed states of an object. Instead I was focusing onto the space inbetween the states of change – for ex. the seconds hand in my alarm clock- I focussed on the moving, not on the stops, was thinking how all objects change, some don´t show their movement, I tried to imagine it. Focussing on movement, I was a bit afraid to become dizzy. All moved much closer to one another, very fluid…
It worked only for moments. There seems to be such a strong pull towards static substance…In the evening on a kind of opening party there was a guy who was in an existentially difficult situation, lots of threatening changes! He was all tensed, his body seemed to be so solid. I could see as an observer how this is hypnotizing for everyone – sometimes the exercise to expand the situation in a bubble, there is such a resitance while in midst!
Ex.2 : It was impossible to stretch and expand space without the objects, they were also expanding along, which felt kind of true and livly!
