I brought forward Ex. 15 ABC) because weather is good today, one third of the sky is clear and blue. I named variation of the exercise: A Balcony Retreat. All conditions were perfect and later I saw: this should be given! Perhaps it is ( only ?) a practical aspect, but without good conditions this kind of exercise wouldn´t run so good (in February in Germany). Normally there are 10 Cels., but with sunshining temperature is climbing up to 20 Cels.
“Blue sky” by itself poured through my cells, in all parts. Infinitely blue sky poured through giant pores. And with part B very familiar pattern of my self started. At the beginning, brething in and “blue sky” entered into and through my thoughts, feelings, memories, more and more I started to think (for ex. about this unbelievable infinity and depth) and lost the presence of experiencing. When I noticed this, the exercise again filled up with enthusiasm.
And also the suggestion about breathing out (in part C) and let go back the “blue sky” into the blue sky “outside” – this happened very well. And than, sun disappeared, suddenly it became cold, cold wind started and the exercise “broke apart”.
Now I see, I need convenient conditions to follow “the line” at all.
