Getting more specific about TSK Ex. 34

Hi all,

I thought it might be interesting to invite you to explore this exercise with a bit more specificity. Here is a set of questions, if you care to investigate and report back.

1. What happens if you focus primarily on

  • the quality of light
  • the color of light
  • the feeling of energy flowing
  • the knowingness that the light embodies

2. What happens if you try combining some or all of these elements

3. If you keep the focus on the flow of energy, light, etc., what is the effect on the field in which the exercise takes place? On the feel of the field?

  1. Peter says:

I usual looked for sensations. When I now look for light, it is like walking in a high mountain range, within clouds, foggy, much movement, dynamic. Light is near by, sometimes dazzling, in a grey – white colour. No clarity, much confusion – a very attractive adventure (-sometimes I find a signpost).
