I notice that my experience of this exercise is spatial (not temporal). When I go into the future of a moment, I move to the right, and to the left when entering the past. Into the present dimension I experience as entering deeper and deeper and downwards. If I imagine I am actually diving, rather than shifting my embodied presence in any other way, the experience is different again. I also notice I find it easier to go into the present and future dimension of ‘a moment’ than into the past. To do the latter I seem to have to ‘gear myself up’, apply more effort, pay more attention in some way. If I stop the process of movement and just rest and sense how/where I am - the space is absolutely vast, velvety, and deeply silent and restful.

Hi Caroline,
This description echoed within me. Very clear and crisp.
Best wishes,
