Starting with the exercise I noticed: these interactions tilting ( kippen) “indiscriminate” from mind-thought perception to emotion-body perception (or from mind-thought perception to another mind-thought perception. But sooner or later there is an interaction.       Â
I felt my back against the chair pressing; breathing in – more pressure; exhaling – less pressure. When I noticed it – my silent language/ speaking formulates precisely the body-process. So, here seemed for me this interaction words-thought perception in mind and than the focus: back, breath, body- work.
Interesting was a “middle-way” with “breathing in focus”, it is a clear and totally body-process or sometimes also a mind perception? What I could identify was this interaction.
In the moment I’m still clear (means not confused ) and I prefer to stop and go to bed, knowing, this is only the beginning of the exercise.
Yes, I can resume this experience and see how quick this interaction mutual changes. I remember playing with a hologram – smalest movement changes the picture. I risk to say ( because I’m not quite sure), this is my “read-out”.
O.K.: I start with acceptance of mind internal voice says: these words ( of my perception) are mind, these words are thoughts; and what I feel is my back ( body ). And also the next step; back and forth, from point to point. And in terms of a greater appreciation, “there is not one thing related to another”. Why? Because each thing is related with every thing. I can’t separate one thing from another. My back is not only related to the chair, it is also to breathing, to my legs, to my words, to my mind, to my arms (resting on the armrest )
Do I simplify the exercise?
