Moments

Dear Friends, I’m continuing to enjoy studying TSK and sharing it with my meditation groups, too. This week I’ve been mostly enjoying noting the regular stream of linear-time imagining that flows in the background to my daily activities.

The ‘moments’ investigation has been interesting, too, in that it revealed two processes clearly: firstly, if I looked consciously for moments, they were there because I was looking for them; secondly, if I am unmindful, moments abound! In other words, I could find ‘moments’ when there was a moment-oriented consciousness, but when I looked with a clear and open mind, it seemed to confirm what has long been my experience, there are no moments to be found  independent of an moment-making observer.
