Commanding time?

Hi, after a bad cold I could worked with focusing breathe in – a moment resting – breathe out – a moment resting – in – out. All is happen in present – but, it seems “breathe in” comes from the future and this future is now present, how in the description, with its own future, present, past. With the breathe out it seems as if I could stretch the time, as if the flow of time (or the flow of breathing?) becomes more quiet, slow-ness. And similar as in your introduction for week 8, Jack, I thought in the moment, after breathing in – in a short time I´ll wellcome the future with breathing in (I must do it, or it happens by itself). And this is now my present – with its own past and future). And I did this a lot of time and saw: every new breathe in has its own livingness, uniqueness, not comparable with the breathe in just before. This is over, past, out of my experience, now totally in the mind, head, thinking – not with this freshness, immediacy, directness of the experience self. This “over is over” brought me closer to the experience and my present awareness of my breathe in will be past in few moments. It is a point of no return, but the next “point” will come in its own unique-ness. Pretty confused?

About your last question about doing something more cohesive as a group: my biggest handicap every week is the fact, that I can´t communicate with you all in my native language. This is so frustrating and hindering my cooperation, that sometimes I think  tsk vision would be more “easy” without this handicap.
