The group is open for everybody. We are going to meet in 6-week sessions, first mainly dealing with space then with time and knowledge. Each session will start with a free meeting to get a taste. The following 5 meetings have to be booked together.

Each meeting will have: Kum-Nye Yoga practice, textstudy, TSK practices and sharing experience and talk.

Costs per session: 65,- Euro, reduced 57,-
