Moving from Darkness

Jack, I really like your suggestion this week that appreciation can be a key means of turning our focus to light, and also the suggestion from last week’s reading that we can “invite light as source by sinking ‘beneath’ the contents of the mind”. The contents of my mind over the last couple of weeks have been quite tumultuous, but I have tried, in practising the TSK exercises, to sink ‘beneath’ these contents. Whilst I have found this difficult to do with the Unifying Clarity exercise (TSK 32), I have found a great nurturing source in Embodiment of Knowledge (TSK 34). As suggested in the exercise description, feeling the flow of energy move through my body until it becomes a ‘unifying clarity’, and all-encompassing, is very healing, and helps the light to start to lessen darkness within the mental content.  I don’t think I have yet been able to return to a form of ‘energetic clarity’, but I now know that the dark is penetrable.

I have enjoyed working with you all again forthis recent brief period. Thank you for your sharing and assistance.
