It isn’t unknown for me to give ‘homework’ to my therapy clients, but it’s usually in response to particular needs. However, I have a few volunteers who have lined up to explore what a TSK Therapy might feel like (over a six-week period), and I thought I’d ask them to do the 6 Foundation exercises (When It Rains.., p.8), to provide a starting experiential base. (These are people who have some experience of mindfulness/meditation work, so we’ve got a head-start.)

Hi Christopher,
This is an exciting initiative, and I’m really interested to see what comes of it. By the way, whereas in the main program I expect to make my comments in the form of posts, in this discussion group for therapists, it seems suitable to take a more humble role. I’m expecting the discussion to be more among practicing therapists.
