One day’s practice

Hi Jack,

is this is the right place for writing posts, if not please tell me. I am a bit late in taking part in the discussions and practising the exercise.

Practising as you recommended only for one day I found myself slowing up in my actions and thoughts and getting more mindful about body and breath and feelings.  There were moments of strong intensity and feelings of suprise about it, because there wasn`t anything special about that moments. And there was a flavour of light somestimes or joy – but “the concept space” did not appear to me. I experienced a strong connection between the 4 content-free layers and a lot of new contents coming up. The exercise was very difficult to me when I woke up in the morning – the body was still tired, but the mind was agitated – it was difficult not to get lost in the content of the thoughts. When the body was more fresh, the mind was more calmed and it was easier to do the exercise.
