img0042.jpgI have just retired as Library Services Director at an Australian university, so this course came just at the appropriate moment, when I can give the attention to the practices and reading that I probably couldn’t have managed before.

I am with the Turiya Yoga Foundation, which has been working with Kum Nye and the TSK vision and practices since the first visit of my late teacher, Maaida Palmer, to Nyingma in 1979. We were fortunate to experience a 10 day Kum Nye retreat with Jo Lippmann in 1981 and, much more recently 5 day TSK retreats with Tom Morse and Steve Randall. Since the death of our Founder, Maaida Palmer, in 1999, I have been coordinating our teaching programs, which blends Kum Nye and TSK practices with classical yoga meditation, pranayama (breathing) and asana (physical) practices.

I hope to broaden and deepen my understanding of the vision by learning from all of you in the course.

Thanks Frans. It appears that it takes a short while for the photo to be uploaded. When I did it last night, no photo appeared, but when I logged in this morning it was there.
