Temporarily tuned out

I’ve read everyone’s posts and comments with great interest, but must confess that I was pretty tuned out of the TSK work during this last week as I was actively involved in work for the election.  The ‘field communique’ in a political campaign could be an interesting study; then again, maybe not!   I’m glad it’s over, and I am again plugged into our TSK work with pleasure.  One thing I did notice is that my fixation on the hoped-for outcome became an experience of contraction; when I allowed myself to expand after it was over, then my presumed necessity for groundedness dissipated and as it did, a sense of light-hearted freedom came over me.  Perhaps this is what Bruce described as ‘bright orginariness.”  For me, it is as though constructs had been clumps of heavy air whose weight I felt around my head.  These lifted at the same time that my sense of what’s possible expanded.  Tracy

This might be an instance of what Jack was talking about at the end of the phone session – which, if I’ve understood correctly, was the variability of the ‘experiencer’ who is herself a communication of the field, a part of the field communiqué. It seems that the relaxation and expansion makes ‘more’ subtle experiencing possible – experiencing the light-hearted sense of freedom and the ‘bright originariness,’ for example.
