Yes, very often it seems to me the mind/my mind is to quick. For whom, for what? Your 3. paragraph of your guidance, Jack, helps me to see: yes, this is one of a lot possibilities of the “form” how my mind is functioning. Sometimes too quick as in the description, too quick to catch it. Unable to stop it for a qualmly observation. But sometimes the movement and appearance is slowly – one thought, very clear, so I can pick it up and write down. Sometimes not a bit clear, very un-clear, so unclear that I can´t discern(label) the thought. And another question is: is this wishi-washi-thought a thought or still a picture?
The more I make experiences with this exploring of thoughts, the more I guess: there are as much different kinds of thoughts as different tastes of food in the world there are. And this is not a frustration-it is a discovery. It is no reason to grumble about my in-exactly language, in the face of the huge diversity of our thoughts -appearancies.
Am I to lenient, indulgent with my experience? I´m really impressed.
One I didn´t understand: 4.paragraph of your guidance “……and that thought-world is a world without space…..” I think till now: it is an inexhaustible space?
I see – never ending work

Hi, Arthur, I received your question through my email. A pith helmet is a safari helmet — the sort of hat someone might wear while out in the wilderness, exploring the huge diversity of the deep jungle.
Arthur, I have been wanting to comment on your post. I appreciated your observations — such huge diversity! Really, such a richly populated landscape, or, as you say, a full menu! that opens when we begin to pay attention to our thought-worlds. This has been my experience as well. Glad to be walking this terrain with you, with pith helmet and binoculars…
