As you know, Rinpoche has always made it clear that there is no connection between TSK and Buddhism. So in short, the answer is no.
TSK emphasizes that what we understand as reality is better understood as a fabrication: a lower-level “focal setting” on the openness of time, space, and knowledge. I think this theme would sound very familiar to someone who had studied and practiced the Heart Sutra.
