When I listened to the record of the last call I agreed to Jacks comment, that it is very difficult to stay with a practise for more than a few moments. In my experience I only could concentrate for a few moments, then the content of experience or thought becomes stronger than the exercise – practising in daily life. I sometimes try again and again – then it is lost.
But doing the TSK program, reading everyday in the TSK-book, I more often remind myself to do one of the practises proposed to us. And sometimes during the day suddenly I am doing it without making a decision to do so. That works more easy when I take some time in the morning to practise Kum Nye or meditation.
Another effect I noticed in daily life is that I often take things easier – let them go, watching the shifts and changes. And very often I find myself not allowing more possibilities in the moment when the future arises. But it does not discourage me, because there is a feeling of gratitude and joy around it. Sometimes!
