I want to agree with Tina’s description of “What is not thought”. Looking at emotions and thoughts it is hard for me to find a difference or: Where does the emotion start and end – where does the thought begin? It seems to emerge together from different places in the body. Getting aware of it there is a sense of knowing that I do not have to be caught up. This again is a thought. But it can bring me back to immediate experience, if I allow to relax in it.
