Interesting, awareness and moment(s). Just yesterday, I ran across an exercise suggested in a book on centering and awareness. Simply, give your 3 minutes, the exercise is to stand up and see if you can become aware of what is happening when you stand up — not that you tell yourself to stand-up, that’s not it. You know you are going to stand up, you allow your body to do so and see what awareness unveils itself regarding the non-cognitive elements involved in the moment of standing. Fun!
