I love these two posts, which are saying something quite similar. The one who owns, the one who points, the one who occupies this moment in time: this is the one who finds life difficult, frustrating. It’s not so hard to challenge that one; the hard part is to keep the challenge alive, because the self, committted the who and where and when of what it is, quickly turns every experience into a description of the experience, and then the life flows out.
Appreciate any little moment you have that feels more relaxed and open, and then go on with the next experience . . . can we say, the next moment?
