Time: week four

´Hold on´

To hold on an experience: what does it mean? I thought about your explanations, Jack. What´s the difference between holding on a memory and concentration? For example: the memory of going around the kailash and the concentration on a holy symbol and being in the center of New York and looking at people or one person? In all three examples there is much moving, much changing and discovering new aspects. And ´holding on´.

Moments between moments:

Between moments there are sources of time, big sources, which flood the moments. (I don´t want to say:´it seems´, ´for me´, ´it could be´ – I naturally should say it within or after each sentence.)  In earlier times I was very proud to discover the flow of time like a broad river instead of a tiny string. But now this picture of a river does not fit. Sometimes there is a huge glass cover I´m living in. Inside there is time, time, time – and outside? I think, there also is time, but I don´t experience it (she). – The last week, it was a rich, a whole week. I worked with my hands: all was fitting, forgotten aspects came into my mind, even forgotten dates, I looked by chance in my calender – and I could go to the date. And I were able to let go unwanted experiences. I´m grateful.
