Zdravko Radman, Ph. D., Professor of Philosophy – former fellow at the Center for Philosophy of Science (University of Konstanz, Germany) is currently affiliated with the Institute of Philosophy (Zagreb, Croatia). He holds Ph.D. from the University of Zagreb and specialized at Harvard University. As Alexander von Humboldt (1988-89) and William J. Fulbright Fellow (1999-2000) he taught and conducted research at the University of Konstanz and University of Saarbrücken (Germany) and at University of California, Berkeley (USA). He publishes in the fields related to theory of knowledge, general philosophy of science, aesthetics, and philosophy of mind. He authored Metaphors: Figures of the Mind, Dordrecht/Boston/London: Kluwer A.P. (1997), and edited From a Metaphorical Point of View, Berlin/New York: Walter de Gruyter (1995) and Horizons of Humanity: Essays in Honour of Ivan Supek, Frankfurt am Main: Peter Lang (1997).
